C.T. Jewel Company, Inc. was founded by Cliff T. Jewell in 1941, whose vision was to create a tobacco and candy wholesale business. In 1958, Albert Nothnagel started working for Cliff Jewell as a salesman and manager of C.T. Jewell Wholesale as minority stockholder, and was with the company until his death in June of 1986.

John Nothnagel went to work for the C.T. Jewell Company, Inc., in 1973. John began his career as a salesman and then became the sales manager in 1975. After many years of hard work and dedication, John purchased the C.T. Jewell Company, Inc., from Cliff Jewell in October of 1988, and still presides as President of the Company, today.

Betty Nothnagel is the company's Treasurer and CFO. Betty started working for C.T. Jewell in 1988. As a corporate officer her obligation is to manage the company's financial risks, financial planning, record keepking, and funds analysis.

Nick Nothnagel contributed his services to the company June 2008 after graduating University of Nebraska at Kearney. He serves as the company Vice President and controls all of the company's purchasing, while maintaining its financial stability. Nick surveys the company's needs and wants by forcasting product demand. His expertise allows the company to offer quality products at an affordable price for the consumer.

In November 2010, C.T. Jewell Company, Inc. had expanded it's horizions and started a distribution center in Omaha, NE. C.T. Jewell Distribution Omaha services over 5 states and 100 convenience stores.
